Evaluation
We will review the volume, quality, & location of your dead Stock material. Our goal is to simplify the process of transforming your production waste into profitable upcrafted products, that stay true your brand’s quality, design & heritage.
We will additionally evaluate the secondary waste stream created upcycling your new products.
There is no minimum volume on what we will evaluate.
Selection of Products
Alongside your design and merchandising teams, we will help you select which products you would like to upcycle.
Considering the following questions helps:
- What are your best sellers?
- What are you missing in your collection?
- What have you tried to create but your current factories cannot achieve?
Factory Selection
Not every factory will touch upcycling manufacturing and invest in this custom production process.
In collaboration with our strategic US factory partners, or your owned factories, we will match the best manufacturing partners to the products you have chosen to move forward with on sampling.Temescal Creative’s Value.
Techpack Creation & Product Development
Temescal will create clear technical drawings once your design team has solidified its concept and the product needs factory documentation to produce. Creating a clear system to sort and call out within the techpacks, which of the dead-stock materials will be applied, is Temescal’s expertise. Specifically at this phase, we will dedicate our attention to capturing your concept and quality into execution.
Samples Produced
With your upcycled samples in-hand, you are now able to visualize & conceptualize what your new sustainable collection will be. The production pricing will also be available to evaluate and coordinate with your Merchandising Teams Temescal will manage communication to the factory with requested changes or adjustments, as you move into bulk production.
Marketing
Through out your development process, Temescal will be documenting each step in order to provide visual
assets for your marketing teams.
This includes
capturing videos from the factory floor & photos
of the assembly process as needed to communicate your new upcylced collection.
Bulk Production
The total volume of dead-stock materials, as evaluated at the beginning of this process, will be sorted and organized at the factory, in preparation for bulk production. With Temescal’s oversight, the T.O.P. samples will be created. From there, the upcycled bulk production will take place within the timeline agreed upon.
Final Delivery to Distribution Centers & Stores
Alongside your freight & logistics team, Temescal will manage & coordinate the final step of delivering your upcycled collection to your DC’s or stores. Temescal will ensure that your tagging, boxing and packing requirements are followed exactly.
